Only the number of analyses. 5 reports cost 99 kr and 15 reports cost 199 kr, which works out cheaper per report. The features are identical in both bundles. Buy the smaller one if you are looking at a couple of houses, and the larger one if you are in a longer house hunt with many viewings.

It is a one-time payment. You pay once for a number of analyses that are added to your account, and nothing is charged again automatically. There is no subscription to cancel and no lock-in period. Your analyses stay on the account until you use them, so you can buy now and analyse later.

Because it is a one-time purchase there is nothing to cancel — unused analyses simply stay on your account.
